1. How does Thrillcall get their exclusive live music offers?
We have partnered with some outstanding music venues, concert promoters and artists to get access to exclusive tickets and special deals.
2. Can I buy tickets for other events that aren't exclusives?
Of course you can. Thrillcall has exclusive offers. We also list all the shows in your area every night along with links to buy tickets. You'll pretty much never need another mobile concert app.
3. When do I get to see what is available each day?
Offers are usually available each day around 10am, while supplies last.
4. Can I get access to offers earlier?
Access exclusive offers earlier by sharing the app on social media and with friends. You can find your app referral code in the account section of your profile screen. Make sure your friends input your code when they sign up. The more credits you have, the earlier you get in!
5. Can I buy tickets for friends?
Of course! The number of tickets an individual can purchase will vary with each offer.
6. What types of Credit Cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, & American Express.
7. Does Thrillcall store my credit card information? How do I know it's secure?
Thrillcall does not store your credit card. Your credit card data is encrypted in a "token" on your phone. The "token" can only be unencrypted and then matched to your credit card by our processing partner. Our payment processor is PCI compliant which means you can rest at ease.
8. I purchased a ticket and now I can't go to the show! How do I contact support?
What a bummer! Contact us at support@thrillcall.com and we'll try and help.
9. I wasn't interested in the offers today, what else can I do with the app?
Nothing fits your style today? Check out other live music events in your area tonight by browsing show listings on the "Tonight's Music" tab. Check the offers again tomorrow.
10. How can I get Thrillcall App in my city?
